All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· Interest in an event/training session

· Booking to attend an event/training session

· Participation in an event

· Responding to marketing on our social media pages or our website

· Entering a competition being run on our website and/or social media pages

We use the information that you have given us in order to develop our training and services, so that we can deliver a better client experience each and every time.

We will never share your information with any other organisation and will use it only to inform future training and events for The Rider Refiner.

Your information is securely stored within our encrypted database. 

We keep your name, contact details and personal preferences for a period of five years following the date you provided the information. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our encrypted database so it is no longer part of our client profile.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
